9amHealth is seeking licensed physicians to join as Independent Contractor Telehealth Physicians. You will provide synchronous video consultations for cardiometabolic conditions, including diabetes and hypertension, and maintain documentation within the EHR.

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement with flexible scheduling and no employee benefits. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medical recommendations, and referrals as appropriate, with licensure-compliant practice and
