Overview Collaborating Physician (MD/DO) - North Carolina Licensed - Remote / Wellness About Us Apex Rejuvenation & Performance is a concierge performance medicine clinic based in Shelby, NC. We specialize in Men’s Health, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medical Weight Management, and Peptide Therapy. We focus on proactive health optimization rather than reactive sick care. The Role We are seeking a North Carolina Licensed Physician (MD or DO) to serve as our Collaborating Physician / Medical Director. This is a fully remote, low-volume supervisory role designed to satisfy the NC Medical Board requirement for a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA). Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Sign a standard Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA) for our lead Nurse Practitioner. Remote Chart Review: Review 10% of patient charts monthly via our secure, cloud-based EMR (fully asynchronous—do it on your own time). Why Join Apex?
