About the Position

Exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at this outpatient practice for Senior Primary Care in wonderful Charlotte, NC! This is a full time, perm placement position. At this time they are seeking a provider who is fully fluent in Spanish with ideally 2 years of value based care experience. Strong base + incentives. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, 100% outpatient and only seeing patients aged 65+.
