This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders across multiple functions, helping shape business strategy, define future-state capabilities, and drive enterprise transformation initiatives.The Senior Solution Manager will partner closely with business leaders and agile delivery teams to develop and execute roadmaps that modernize subscription and billing capabilities while enabling scalable growth.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic business-facing partner between business stakeholders and technology teams.Lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle from strategy and concept through implementation, adoption, and optimization.Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, business case, and value realization for subscription management and billing-related initiatives.Partner with executive and senior-level stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable capabilities and transformation plans.Drive business process transformation across subscription lifecycle, customer entitlement, billing, invoicing, and revenue-related functions.Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, business units, and delivery teams to define requirements and deliver business value.Champion change management and organizational adoption efforts to ensure successful outcomes.Measure and communicate business value, ROI, and progress against strategic objectives.Deliver solutions that align with enterprise priorities, improve operational effectiveness, and support long-term business growth.Educational & Professional QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field of study; MBA preferred.10+ years of product management, solution management, business transformation, or enterprise application leadership experience.Deep knowledge of subscription management, billing, invoicing, customer entitlement, and recurring revenue business processes.Strong understanding of the end-to-end subscription lifecycle and customer experience journey.Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives involving enterprise platforms and cross-functional stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to define strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.Experience working within complex global organizations, preferably in software, technology, or recurring-revenue businesses.Agile delivery methodology experience.Proven track record of influencing and collaborating across business and technology organizations to achieve strategic goals.Experience with subscription management, billing, ERP, CRM, or revenue management platforms preferred; specific platform expertise is not required.Personal QualificationsExecutive presence with the ability to confidently engage, influence, and present to senior leadership audiences.Strategic thinker who can connect business objectives to technology-enabled solutions.Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer, operational, and financial considerations.Proven leader capable of driving change and influencing outcomes across a matrixed organization.Confident, innovative thinker with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.Skilled at solving complex business challenges with broad organizational impact.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and compelling manner.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple competing priorities.Collaborative and team-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across functions.Adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.Ability to understand and communicate high-level process flows and solution architectures without requiring deep technical specialization.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
