Dover is seeking a Director of Talent Operations, Strategy & Automation to architect systems and operating infrastructure that scale our human-data operations. You’ll own the automation roadmap across Talent Operations, redesign workflows for scale, and shape the internal Ops Platform enabling pipeline creation, onboarding, subscriptions, and AI training workflows.
You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Human Data, Recruiting, and Finance to translate operational needs into technical
