Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning, informing clinical decisions and treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patient needs.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to various demographics including individuals, couples, families, and groups grappling with a multitude of mental health issues pertinent to end-of-life care.

• Administer and interpret psychological assessments to assist in diagnostics and enhance treatment planning.

• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and social workers to deliver cohesive mental health support.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for patients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and facilitating appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress in line with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
