Texas Instruments is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager in DMOS5, its largest 200mm semiconductor manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee the activities related to the technical support and sustaining engineering functions in a product manufacturing area. You may also plan and direct implementation of equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products. Additionally, you may act as engineering liaison with product design and development to ensure processes and designs are compatible. As Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager, you may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. You will be responsible for the strategic development of a process module focused on quality, cost, cycle time, and capacity improvements, as well as new technology developments and transfers related to your specific module. Process module is not specified, as the module will depend on candidate fit and opportunities for internal movement. QualificationsMinimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related degree5 + years of Engineering experience in Semiconductor Fab Manufacturing2 + years of experience supervising direct reports in Semiconductor Fab ManufacturingPreferred qualifications:Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externallyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly ramp on new systems and processesDemonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryDemonstrated ability to develop peopleDemonstrated ability to establish and drive a long term strategic improvementAbout the organizationTI does not make recruiting or hiring decisions based on citizenship, immigration status or national origin.
