Project Administrator (Full Time)

Dispatcher (Permanent, Full time) Kansas City, Missouri Job Overview The Dispatcher supports the maintenance department with workflow management and field contact. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires excellent interpersonal skills, high accuracy, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Main Duties Work directly with the call centers, customers, and citizens for light out calls Create work orders Communicate with field personnel regarding repairs Ensure the dispatch performance criteria of the contracts are met Assist in managing work order flow/scheduling for all maintenance contracts Maintain a high customer service level Prepare certified payroll Handle monthly contract invoicing & reporting Manage inventory transactions (receiving, posting, etc.) Assist the warehouse with monthly inventory cycle counts Cover vacations and holidays as needed Employment Requirements Shift hours: 3 pm – 11 pm, Monday through Friday Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization and with outside clients Self‑starter, able to work with others and handle multiple tasks Knowledge of certified payroll is a plus but not required Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook #J-18808-Ljbffr Black & McDonald Limited
