This role involves evaluating adult and pediatric patients within an outpatient setting, establishing measurable treatment goals, administering diagnostic tests, and developing personalized treatment plans. The position emphasizes patient education, documentation, and collaboration with other healthcare providers to optimize patient recovery and function.
