Director, IT Business Solutions Partner - People and Legal

BridgeBio Pharma

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director of IT Business Solutions Partner for People and Legal functions in San Francisco. This individual contributor role provides technical architecture, platform engineering leadership, and vendor oversight for core HR, legal, and AI initiatives supporting rare disease drug development.

Responsibilities

Design reference architectures and define platform capabilities for People and Legal technology stack
Own 12–36 month technology and AI roadmap; prioritize investments and establish technical standards
Provide hands-on technical oversight, vendor management, and production support for core platforms
Collaborate on enterprise-wide AI initiatives to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes
Make technical and vendor decisions within delegated authority aligned with business strategy

Requirements

Deep technical expertise in enterprise platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or contract lifecycle management systems
Proven experience designing reference architectures and defining platform integration requirements
Strategic capability to develop and own 12–36 month technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Strong vendor management and technical decision-making experience within delegated authority
Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into technical delivery plans
Experience driving enterprise AI initiatives from pilot to operational adoption
