Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience in K-12 educational settings highly desired
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Demonstrated understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and community partners

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group assessments to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Provide targeted intervention and counseling services
• Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding best practices in classroom management and instruction
• Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
