Marketing Designer

Supporting the Marketing team in a full-time remote capacity, the Associate Marketing Designer will manage the visual strategy and execution of sales collateral, product demo videos, and event visuals, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design across various media. Key responsibilities Execute cross-medium designs, including graphics, documents, pitch decks, and digital ads Collaborate with Product Marketers to create assets that simplify technical features through visual storytelling Develop custom sales collateral for Tier-1 prospects that accurately visualizes their specific use cases Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, animation, or related fields Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma Experience with timeline-based video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Advanced skills in presentation tools like Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint Experience creating design assets in a B2B SaaS or HR technology environment Virtual Vocations Inc
