Assistant Superintendent

As we continue growing our presence in California, we are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our team and support the successful delivery of tennant improvement commercial projects in the the Greater LA Area. What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Superintendent and project leadership team to support daily field operations, ensure project quality, and help maintain project schedules.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the daily management of construction activities on site.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
• Monitoring project schedules and helping drive milestone completion.
• Conducting daily site walks to verify quality standards and identify potential issues.
• Supporting project safety efforts by promoting and enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
• Assisting with inspections, punch list management, and project closeout activities.
• Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and ownership representatives to ensure project success.
• Helping identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or budget.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial or multi family construction.
• Tenat improvement experience
• High School Diploma
