Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Days)Location: Tyler, TX, US, 75702Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM -Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $16.49 to $18.35 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.General Purpose: Responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:Answer and direct telephone calls.Data entry.Filing and other administrative duties.Handle routine correspondence, including mail and faxes.Interface with customers.Prepare business reports and presentations.Purchase supplies.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent required.Some college preferred.AS400 or SAP work experience preferred.Strong communication skills and ability to coach co-workers.Basic computer and database application skills.Excellent phone etiquette.Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.Accurate data entry.Strong organizational skills.Bilingual skills a plus.Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain Texas or local laws.
