Administrative Support Assistant The Administrative Support Assistant will provide a range of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities across two locations, Mill Creek and Coleman OK. From setting up purchase orders, back up to scale house, assisting employees and customers, and project-based tasks, this role is vital to smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Answers phone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner. Assist team members, customers, vendors and visitors. Prepare documents in Word and Excel. Create Purchase Order Requisitions. Order and maintain office supplies. Carries out duties such as typing, filing, copying, scanning, etc. Act as backup to the scale house using our computer software, Fast-Weigh, by recording customer vehicle weights, truck ID's, material loaded, and job numbers. Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day Fully in-person, based out of Mill Creek, OK Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience $18-$20 per hour Health, dental, vision and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Paid holidays and PTO Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
