Automotive BDC Manager: Lead, Train & Grow Sales

Kastnerhonda is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our BDC Department in Napa, California. The successful candidate will manage internet leads, inbound calls, and customer retention, while also hiring and training the team responsible for handling follow-ups and lead generation. This role requires significant experience in a large-volume dealership, as well as strong sales aptitudes and excellent interpersonal skills.
