Associate Director, Planning

Responsibilities Be a champion for the brands you manage and continually strive to find innovative solutions that build the brand. Build sound strategic frameworks that ladder up to client business goals. Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable and detail oriented. Bring your track record of data‑centric thinking to every integrated client brief, outlining creative and media requirements and objectives. Own consumer insights and inspire tactical representations of strong, clear media strategies. Identify opportunities for cross‑platform deals when appropriate. Serve as the bridge between strong conceptual thinking and data‑driven, analytical approaches to problem‑solving. Effectively motivate, lead, and train the team to maximize shared objectives. Lead team utilization of Omni, leveraging our people‑based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to overall marketing success. Apply strong analytical and strategic thinking to derive actionable insights from data. Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and building relationships with external partners. Maintain proficiency in media planning and buying tools and platforms. Apply strong understanding of project management methodologies and process improvement techniques. Understand financial operations, budget management, strategic planning, and media activation. Possess exceptional narrative skills, crafting compelling stories that engage audiences and clearly convey strategies, problems, and solutions. Experience Minimum of five years of experience in media operations, preferably in an agency or media organization. Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization across various channels. Experience with entertainment and streaming clients. Relevant post‑secondary education, training, or equivalent experience. Compensation Range

$70,000—$125,000 USD
