About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Corporate Programs to lead the integration and scaling of its corporate revenue engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the organization's strategy into operational priorities, overseeing portfolio health and performance, and driving portfolio performance, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment. This role requires a collaborative leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, deep expertise in corporate social impact, and a strong focus on financial and margin awareness. The VP will also be involved in business development, serving as an external-facing leader, and will be expected to represent the organization in high-stakes client conversations. Candidates for the VP position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in corporate programs, program management, consulting, nonprofit accounting, or related fields, with a preference for those with nonprofit and corporate partnership experience. The role demands a proven track record in managing enterprise-level corporate accounts, building and managing multi-million dollar operating budgets, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, proficient in CRM and project management tools, and have the ability to create a welcoming work environment. A strong cultural fit is essential, with a focus on innovation, dedication, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach.
