Help Desk Technician (Entry Level)

Job DetailsJob Location: San Antonio, TX 78233Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly Responsibilities & Expectations: Support end users that are running modern operating systems and software packages Responsible for the organization and inventory of IT-related equipment Assistwith compliance audits and tracking Assistwith a variety of IT projects, as needed Data Entry tasks within our LOB application ERP system Creating new user accounts and decommissioning users as needed PC setups and deployments Onsite visitstoour remote locations Maintaining and managing printersandtoner levels Reviewwindows andsystems updates Desired Qualifications: Interest in the IT field, including communications technology, A/V, hardware, and software Basic knowledge of networking concepts and MicrosoftSoftware’s Basictechnical knowledge to troubleshoot the individual components of a computer Demonstrates a persistent problem-solving and efficient approach to technology Ability to adapt and learnnew technologiesin a timely manner.
