About the role:This is a unique opportunity for a creative and charismatic individual to be a part of Gartner’s Digital Product team (Digital Products and Innovation), a fast-growing product organization. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the product's direction, execution, and team development.What you will do:Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area of Gartner’s digital suite of products for clientsPartner with global stakeholders, including senior Gartner leaders, software engineers, product design, data science and more to deliver high value products to our clientsDrive the overarching product/tool vision and strategy across multiple product areas to support business objectivesParticipate in and lead concept sprints to build a product roadmap, defining critical features/functions in line with core strategy and objectivesDrive portfolio prioritization, balance customer needs, business value, and technical investment.Use customer insights, market trends, and data to identify opportunities to inform strategic decisions.Influence executive stakeholders, communicate product vision, and drive alignment across the organization.What you will need:12-15 years’ experience working as a digital product owner, ideally working on large-scale SaaS applications, enterprise software or technology platforms, with 6-10 years’ experience directly managing product managersIdeally you have digital product management experience both at startups and enterprise software/product companies with a strong product mindsetBachelors or MBA/equivalent degreeYou have an eye for what a good technology product and a great user experience looks likeTrack record of solving difficult problems with business leaders across BUs and leading to measurable results with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutionsStrong people leadership and stakeholder management skillsProven experience defining product strategy, setting vision and deliveringmulti-year roadmapsOutstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlinesWhat you will get:Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Group Medical Insurance, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more!Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversityProfessional development and unlimited growth opportunities#LI-CW4Who are we? Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 136,000 USD - 189,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
