Your Responsibilities

Identify potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform alongside your personal network

Engage with prospective candidates to share MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings

Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and guide them through the hiring journey

Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system

Achieve commissions based on your engagements, interviews set, and successful placements stemming from your outreach

Compensation Structure
