What You'll Do

• Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our innovative platform and your personal network
• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce them to MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Follow up with candidates to keep their interest alive and guide them throughout the hiring process
• Keep detailed, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Enjoy commission earnings tied to the meetings you set, interviews arranged, and successful placements derived from your referrals

Compensation Structure
