In-Home Occupational Therapist — Flexible, Independent Practice

Lifespan Physiotherapy Staffing, Inc. is looking for a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home assessments and skilled care to patients across the Harbor area, including Long Beach, Carson, and San Pedro. The ideal candidate will manage their own visits, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with a team to ensure coordinated care. Applicants must possess a valid California OT license and CPR certification, along with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and efficient documentation using our EMR system. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lifespan Physiotherapy Staffing, Inc.
