Shifts are 4 hour, short-term assignments. You will care for different clients each week, and the number of assignments each week will vary based on client need. What We're Looking For: Kind, patient, and reliable individuals Comfortable working with seniors with dementia Strong communication skills Ability to pass background screening and TB test. You will need to register as a HomeCare Aide (HCA) with the State of California.
