GoldLeaf Homecare Network is hiring compassionate Caregivers and Personal Assistants for the Elderly or People with Disabilities .

Depending on where you live, we'll match you with someone in your area who needs support at home. You'll work one-on-one with a senior or an individual with neurodiverse conditions and specialized care needs who lives independently in the comfort of their own home . We're looking for team members who are patient, attentive, and committed to making a meaningful difference.

This role also offers a path to advance into a Caregiver Lead position , supporting training and onboarding.

Personalized Support

• Deliver dedicated 1:1 support for the elderly or adults with developmental disabilities, with a focus on exercise, companionship or social interaction

Daily Living Assistance

• Personal Care Assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting;

• Mobility Assistance including ambulation, wheelchair, and transfers.

• Meal preparation including special diets, supervising and assisting the client with eating and drinking

• Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry/linen changes and dishes (restricted to only 15min per hour max);

• Driving and/or escorting clients to shopping, errands, socialization activities, and/or doctor’s appointments;

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and socialization.

Progress Tracking and Documentation

• Track and document participant goals, progress, and milestones, maintaining accurate, timely, and complete records.

Transportation

• Report daily on progress; transport participants safely to doctors appointments or errands if needed.

• Must have RELIABLE transportation- must drive client to errands

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• English communication skills

• Applicable work or volunteer experience

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly

• CNA, LVN, MA, or prior caregiving/personal assistant experience preferred

• Experience with dementia or neurodiverse care is a plus

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with transfers

• Compassionate, dependable, and observant
