Caregiver / Home Care AideWe are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Caregivers / Home Care Aides to join our team to provide dedicated, one-on-one safety oversight and personal care. The primary focus of this position is active monitoring, seizure safety response, and protocol implementation to ensure a safe, supportive living environment. The caregiver will also provide companionship and personal care assistance.If you have a calm demeanor under pressure, strong observational skills, and experience with neurological or seizure support, this is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact.We are recruiting for coverage all 7 days per week. Morning: 9am - 4:30pm. Ongoing training.· 401K with Company Match once qualified· Supportive and respectful work environment & Direct Access to OwnershipResponsibilities· Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation· Provide companionship and emotional support· Help with light housekeeping and laundry· Monitor and report changes in clients' well-being or behavior· Follow care plans and safety protocols· Assist with medication reminders· Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed· Foster independence and promote social interactionQualifications· Previous caregiver experience required· Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS· 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required· Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening· CPR certification· TB test or chest x-ray· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitudeWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
