Job Opportunity: General Pediatrician
Our organization is currently looking for a General Pediatrician to join the Department of Pediatrics at our Children’s Hospital Outpatient Practice. We collaborate with various health systems, including SAC Health System, San Bernardino County Public Health, California Children’s Services Clinic, and Inland Regional Center, to provide a comprehensive outpatient experience.
Clinic Hours and On-Call Requirements- Clinic operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday.
- Friday hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM.
- On-call responsibilities include one day of beeper call per month from 5 PM to 8 AM on weekdays or from 8 AM to 8 AM on weekends and holidays.
- Participation in up to six weekend days per year in the Urgent Care setting is required.
Our Children’s Hospital is a 364-bed facility, featuring:
- 25-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- 60-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- 14-bed Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
- Dedicated pediatric inpatient units
We serve as the largest tertiary care referral center for the Inland Empire, covering Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono Counties. Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $217,510 to $265,430, with adjustments based on experience and faculty rank. Detailed compensation discussions will occur during the recruitment process.
