What you will be doing: Act as a sales leader within the organization and lead a team of 20-40, 1099 Outside Sales Representatives. Coach, mentor, develop, and support your sales team to drive quotes and new opportunities for the organization. Build quotes for both the sales team as they visit prospective customers and collect appropriate statements and documentation. Explain the details of these quotes to merchants over the phone and work with your sales team to close prospective customers. Once prospects have selected a program that works best for their business, build out the proper agreements and obtain customer signatures. Partner with our Operations team to ensure the timely and smooth implementation of sold merchant programs. Follow up on outstanding merchant inquiries and ensure world-class sales service is delivered to each and every prospective customer. Total Earnings = $80K - $100K Year 2 Est.
