Your work will help build brighter tomorrows for the children and families we serve. Schedule Tuesday–Saturday; 9:00 am–6:00 pm; hybrid role. After the initial 90‑day training period, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule with two remote workdays per week. Key Responsibilities & Summary The Health Sciences & Behavioral Research Associate III coordinates all quantitative and/or qualitative data collection for assigned projects. Responsible for supervising and training survey research staff, participating in data collection, field documentation, monitoring data quality, and managing field problems as needed. Duties are performed with minimal supervision, with feedback and guidance from principal investigators. Minimum Qualifications & Work Experience 2+ years of experience in research coordination, program planning, and/or conducting qualitative/quantitative research or community organizing. Experience managing staff and working with children, youth, and families. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English/Spanish (highly preferred). Strong experience in data quality control (QC) processes, including reviewing datasets, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Proficiency in metrics tracking and reporting, able to monitor study performance, generate insights, and support continuous process improvement. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced research environment. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Education / Licensure / Certifications Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, health education, nursing, or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience required. Master’s degree or Master’s student status is preferred.
