The Opportunity Aeroflow Health is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to lead the day-to-day execution of social content across multiple platforms and serve as a key voice for our Mom & Baby division. This is a content-first position focused on creating, repurposing, and publishing engaging social content across platforms, engaging with our community, monitoring trends, and using performance insights to continuously improve our approach. Your Primary Responsibilities Social Media Planning & Execution: Partner with the Brand Manager and internal and external partners to translate the social strategy into a content plan informed by business priorities, current trends, and key marketing initiatives. Maintain a rolling monthly content calendar while keeping flexibility for real-time trends. Own day-to-day scheduling and publishing of approved organic content across social channels. Social-First Content Creation: Create short-form video, graphics, and other social content using existing brand assets, templates, partner/influencer content, and original content. Use tools such as Canva and CapCut while maintaining brand standards. Community Management: Monitor and engage with comments, mentions, and other community conversations across social channels in a timely, thoughtful, and on-brand manner. Help manage incoming DMs in accordance with established patient privacy and escalation protocols, partnering with Customer Experience and other internal teams when questions or issues require additional support. Performance & Insights: Monitor and report on monthly social performance, identifying trends and insights that can inform future content, creative testing, and channel strategy. Social Trends & Listening: Proactively monitor social media trends, industry news, and PR mentions to support brand relevance, identify timely posting opportunities, and inform future content. UGC Content Creation: As needed, serve as an on-camera or behind-the-camera creator of product-focused and educational UGC, including unboxings, product demonstrations, photography, and short-form video for use across organic and paid marketing channels. Necessary materials, products, and props will be provided by Aeroflow. Content Repurposing: Identify opportunities to extend the reach of existing content across platforms, including repurposing social creative, UGC, blog content, care guides, educational resources, and campaign assets for channels such as YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with broader marketing team and lactation content team to ensure social content supports broader campaigns and business priorities while maintaining brand consistency and appropriate patient confidentiality. Skills for Success Proficiency in short-form video, photography, graphic design, and UGC-style content using tools like Canva and CapCut. Comfortable both behind the camera and occasionally on-camera for product demos, unboxings, or quick brand videos as needed. Strong understanding of social platforms and the ability to create content that feels native and relevant to each platform. Copywriting and community engagement skills, with the ability to communicate in a voice that feels authentic, supportive, and on-brand. Strong social judgment, with the ability to determine when and how a brand should participate in trends, conversations, and cultural moments while maintaining brand safety. Ability to balance planned campaigns with timely, reactive opportunities. Eye for design and visual storytelling, with the ability to work within established brand standards and templates. Comfortable analyzing social performance and translating data into recommendations for future content. Strong project and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, creative, customer care, clinical, and external/agency partners. Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a level of ownership. Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Hands-on experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts across major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and/or Reddit. An eye for design and proficiency in Canva or similar tools; work examples of past creative projects and/or UGC content creation. Experience with social publishing, community management, analytics, or listening tools; familiarity with platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Metricool preferred. Understanding of how brands can participate authentically in social media while maintaining brand safety and HIPAA/patient confidentiality. Ability to come into the Aeroflow Health headquarters at least twice per year for onsite planning sessions.
