Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in acute care units, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practices, coordinate care, foster relationship-based patient interactions, and support performance improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Engage in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based research and practice. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), active RN license (single or multi-state), Basic Life Support certification, and clinical experience. Knowledge of nursing standards, excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential. Ability to adapt care based on patient demographics and cultural needs.
