** Responsibilities: **

• Maintain multiple client general ledgers
• Preparation of reports and schedules.
• Reconciliations of cash and credit accounts
• Working relationships with clients
• Payroll processing for multiple clients
• Month, quarter, and annual payroll reporting
• Sales tax return preparation
• Personal property tax return preparation
• Individual and business tax preparation
• Research for tax and accounting updates and strategies.
• Maintain compliance with updates and regulations.
• Various other accounting tasks.
• Working with different accounting software as well as apps and integration.
• Multi-state payroll and tax compliance.

** Requirements: **

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but experience in public accounting can be substituted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in public accounting.
• Great working relationships with clients and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Adaptive to changes and willing to learn.
• Maintaining utmost regard for confidentiality.
