Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a professional location where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a stationary post, and support daily security-related operations with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.81 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor front desk activity, verify visitor access according to site procedures, and document arrivals, departures, and/or other relevant information. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Minimum Requirements: Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
