Senior Facilities Manager | Greater Seattle AreaThis role will lead a facilities Supervisor and a team of approximately 3 to 5 facilities team members while overseeing preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, vendor performance + overall facility standards across the Seattle market.The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for building a proactive, disciplined facilities program focused on equipment reliability, asset lifecycle planning + repair cost control. This includes forecasting equipment replacement needs, maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, prioritizing work orders, ensuring service tickets are completed + closed out on time and reducing unnecessary equipment downtime across the restaurants.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with HVAC, heating + cooling systems, electrical, commercial refrigeration + general restaurant equipment and maintenance. This leader must be able to accurately diagnose equipment issues, determine when repairs can be completed internally versus requiring a licensed or specialized vendor + ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly.Kizuki International LLC is one company united by a single purpose — to spread joy through authentic culinary experiences. Any assessment involving productive work performed for the company will be compensated in accordance with applicable Washington wage + hour requirements.Success in this role means fewer emergency repairs, longer equipment life, controlled R&M costs, strong preventative maintenance compliance, consistent completion of scheduled work + timely closure of facilities tickets across the market.Required Qualifications:5+ years of facilities, HVAC, refrigeration or commercial maintenance experience3+ years of leadership experience managing facilities or maintenance teamsExperience supporting multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail or commercial facilitiesStrong working knowledge of HVAC, heating + cooling, commercial refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and general restaurant equipmentExperience managing preventative maintenance programs, emergency repairs, vendors and repair + maintenance budgetsAbility to diagnose facility and equipment issues and determine when repairs should be handled internally vs. outsourcedStrong leadership, communication, organization and financial management skillsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to travel regularly between 15+ Seattle area restaurants and 4 commissary kitchens + production facilitiesAbility to respond to occasional after-hours facility emergenciesPreferred Qualifications:EPA Section 608 CertificationHVAC, refrigeration, electrical or other relevant trade certificationsExperience specifically supporting restaurant facilities and commercial kitchensExperience managing R&M budgets, vendor negotiations and preventative maintenance strategyAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related fieldBenefits:Medical, dental + vision insurance with 90% of employee premiums paid by the companyAccess to a company vehicle for authorized business-related travel + transportation needs.
