IT Help Desk & Systems Support Specialist

Title: IT Help Desk & Systems Support Specialist Job Type: Part-Time Key Responsibilities Integrate and manage Microsoft Intune within cloud environment. Create and implement configuration profiles and compliance policies. Integrate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across managed devices. Implement app protection policies to encrypt corporate data on unmanaged devices. Administer the Microsoft 365 environment end-to-end — provisioning, licensing, Teams/SharePoint/Exchange. 2. Help Desk & Equipment Management Handle and manage user tickets (Tier 1/2 help desk). Manage IT inventory across laptops and peripherals. Image, configure, and deploy laptops to new and existing staff. Coordinate shipping and logistics for laptops and equipment to remote employees. Qualifications Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration experience. Comfortable managing IT inventory, laptop imaging, and equipment logistics for a remote workforce.
