IT Support Specialist (Level 1) - Windows & O365

Archdiocese of San Antonio Careers

Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1 support for hardware and software, manage AD and O365 accounts, and create end-user knowledge articles. The role includes imaging computers and assisting in IT onboarding and offboarding processes. The position is full-time, typically 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed, located at the Pastoral Ministry Center.
