Account Manager
As an Account Manager for the Allison Bash Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to clients, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and training and mentoring junior staff.
Qualifications include 1+ years of experience in sales or account management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
