Cassie Erschen - State Farm Agent is a trusted insurance provider committed to delivering excellent service to our clients. We are looking for a friendly and organized Telemarketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable with both administrative and outbound call tasks. If you're looking for a dynamic role that combines customer service responsibilities with engaging phone outreach, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing them to our insurance options.
- Engage in friendly, informative conversations to identify potential customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks and office projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a telemarketing or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
