Syniti Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Syniti Consultant with strong hands-on experience in data migration, data quality, data mapping, and data validation , preferably with a strong SAP data background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data migration activities using Syniti .
- Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings , including column-level mapping.
- Work with SAP data objects such as Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance .
- Perform data cleansing, standardization, and de-duplication activities.
- Validate migrated data and perform source-to-target reconciliation .
- Identify data quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Support data validation, transformation, and migration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze data discrepancies and ensure migrated data meets business and technical requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Syniti .
- Experience in SAP data migration and data quality .
- Strong understanding of source-to-target data mapping.
- Experience working with SAP master data and/or transactional data.
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing, de-duplication, and standardization.
- Strong experience in data validation and reconciliation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Lisle, IL .
