Network Administrator
CERES Group
- Day to day networking task
- Configuring routers, switches, access points
- Monitoring infrastructure
- Logging into switches routers, firewalls to troubleshoot issues
- Assist end users and customers
- Troubleshooting network and device issues
- Rotating on-call - 1 Week on and 1 week off
- Other project/architecture/maintenance tasks as needed.
- Configuring network devices for store openings or replacements.
- Troubleshooting issues whether it be a store outage or an alert received via our alerting tools.
- Assisting the help desk when required due to a network issue
- The need to cover on call 24/7 every other week, Monday thru Sunday.
- Access via VPN to be able to investigate issues during off hours.
- Off hours duties may include engineer to be onsite in one of our buildings after hours.
