Accounting Manager

We’re currently seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the overall financial health of the brand. This role requires meticulous analysis, insightful planning, and a sharp ability to identify and resolve discrepancies with lightning‑fast solutions. Responsibilities Supervise account balancing Ledger reconciliation Financial report execution Qualifications Passionate about numbers and math with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus Advanced knowledge of payroll Strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation $80,000-$85,000 annually Starwood Hotels is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
