At Dental365, our Treatment Coordinators are the champions of our patient experience. Your role extends beyond the front desk, shaping the lasting impression that defines our standard of care. OUR PRACTICE: Dental Care Bridgewater 475 N. Bridge St., Bridgewater, NJ 08807 HIRING SCHEDULE Monday: 8:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: 7:00am - 2:00pm Thursday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm / OFF (every other week - alternates w/ Saturdays) Saturday: OFF / 9:00am - 4:00pm (every other week - alternates w/ Fridays) RESPONSIBILITIES: Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care. Answering phones promptly and responding to messages Maintaining accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding. Regularly collaborating with Office Manager for smooth daily operations. Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider’s treatment plan. Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports, as needed Implementing policy changes as provided and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years’ experience with treatment planning in a dental setting Tech savvy - experienced with relevant practice management software Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
