As an NP with Integrated Wound Care, you will play an instrumental role in making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.Responsibilities:Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patientsWork collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient careComplete documentation accurately and in a timely mannerEducate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and managementMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyRequirements:Active license in state of employmentMinimum of 1 year of experience in wound careAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional critical thinking and decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesComfortable with technology and electronic medical records.Flexible scheduleMalpractice insurance provided
