Work alongside a collaborative neurosurgical team in a fast-paced inpatient environment, utilizing Epic EMR and focusing exclusively on patient care. Job Responsibilities

• Participate in daily inpatient pediatric neurosurgery rounds with residents.
• Evaluate patients and implement treatment plans.
• Enter clinical orders and coordinate patient care.
• Manage discharge planning and inpatient follow-up.
• Remove Hemovac and JP drains when clinically appropriate.
• Document patient care using Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neurosurgery.
• Active Massachusetts license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Neurosurgery experience required.
• Recent Epic EMR experience required.

Working Hours

• 3 shifts per week
• 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Day shifts
• Weekend coverage as scheduled
• No nights
• No holidays
