This is a fully remote, client-focused travel planning role centered on creating smooth and memorable vacation experiences. You will guide clients through destination, accommodation, and experience options based on their needs and preferences. The role combines customer service, travel planning, organization, and careful attention to booking details. You will communicate pricing and availability accurately while maintaining a professional and consistent client experience. The position offers flexibility and independence, making it well suited to someone who enjoys service-oriented work and travel planning. Accountabilities:

• Provide clients with thoughtful recommendations for destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel experiences based on their preferences and requirements.
• Present accurate pricing and availability information to help clients make informed travel decisions.
• Maintain consistent, professional, and responsive communication throughout the travel planning process.
• Track booking information, client preferences, and relevant trip details accurately and in an organized manner.
• Help clients create well-planned, seamless travel experiences while paying close attention to their individual needs.
• Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining reliable communication and consistent service standards.
• Stay organized across multiple client requests and travel planning activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing thoughtful service.
• Genuine interest in travel planning, destinations, and service-based work.
• Ability to communicate travel information, pricing, availability, and booking details accurately.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in an eligible country listed for the position, including the United States, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Mexico, Costa Rica, United Kingdom, Italy, Panama, Aruba, Colombia, Barbados, Ireland, Jamaica, Spain, Honduras, Belize, Germany, France, or New Zealand.
