Your expertise will contribute to the development of our platform, shaping its capabilities and providing impactful solutions.Job Responsibilities:Delivers high quality software, on-time, following Broadridge SDLC processes.Require hands on coding in the following technologies: Java/ J2EE technologies, AWS services/cloud Programming, PL/SQL, Python, React JS, spring boot, Micro services, Kafka, Mobile native App development experienceWorks within and across teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies.Builds and maintains CI\CD pipeline in different environments.Ensures technical & security best practices along with Broadridge standards are adhered to on continuous basis.Translates business requirements into technical designs.Troubleshoots production issues as needed.Participates technical design sessions and works closely with multiple teams to review work (architecture, code, etc.) for multiple projects.Provides technical leadership to developers in a variety of duties including data design, coding, testing, technical design, development, and troubleshooting.Carries out code reviews and contributes to technical solutions for software development projects.Contributes to technical solutions for software development projects.Understands dependencies between software and other parts of the processing stack.Handles technical implementation, code quality and overall productivity of the development teamProvides estimates of all priority and non-priority projects along with recommended scope or schedule changes based on capacity and unforeseen challengesIdentifies potential issues while staying focused on identified priorities.Collaborates with peers and other technical teams, such as other development teams, Architecture, TSS.Guides more junior associates through established processes.Qualifications:5-7+ years of experience with commercial software architectures at both a software and infrastructure levelFunctional skills – Application Development Life Cycle / Agile Development, System Design and Architecture, DevOps / Deployment automationPassionate teammate who understands and respects personal & cultural differencesAbility to work under pressure and be highly adaptableStrong written and communications skills for collaboration with various teams and upper managementSolid analytical skills, especially in area of translating business requirements into technical design – with a continuous focus on aligning technical roadmap with the immediate and long-term Business strategyAble to adapt and embrace change and support business strategy and vision.Knowledge of software design patterns/architecture like Micro-services, Layered pattern, etc.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or in a related field.5-7+ years of experience within a programming and application system environment, with solid experience and a working knowledge in the following technologies: Java/ J2EE technologies, AWS services/cloud Programming, PL/SQL, Python, React JS, spring boot, Micro services, Kafka, Mobile native App development experienceProven track record in developing base frameworks, reusable programs and defining standards.Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS and containerization technologies.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Good understanding of the Agile methodologies and working in Scrum/SAFE practicesFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Exposure to the AI/ML techniques & methodologies is a plus.Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD) processes.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000Bonus Eligibility: Bonus EligibleBroadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.Benefits Information: Please visit for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.All Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits, as applicable.
