What We’re Looking For:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona
• Previous experience working in a school setting, or strong interest in pediatric or educational physical therapy
• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to provide therapy services in alignment with individualized education plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced academic environment

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, supporting gross motor, mobility, and functional skills development
• Assess students to determine therapy needs and document progress toward IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student access to educational environments and activities
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for accommodations or equipment
• Maintain detailed records and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
