Hospice RN Case Manager – Full Time. Location: Ennis and surrounding area. Ready for a nursing role where you can slow down and truly care for your patients?
Many nurses come to hospice after feeling burned out by hospital ratios, constant alarms, and rushed care. Hospice nursing is different; it allows you to focus on comfort, dignity, and meaningful patient relationships.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the Ennis area.
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and facilities.
- Complete routine visits, admissions, and recertifications.
- Develop and update individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation using a company-provided tablet.

- Active Texas RN license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
