Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits)

Human Resources Specialist
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will:
- Provide expert-level interpretation and guidance on federal employee benefits programs, including retirement (FERS/CSRS), FEHB, FEGLI, TSP, Workers Compensation, leave, and work-life programs, and related laws, regulations, and policies.
- Research, interpret, and resolve benefits issues involving retirement, insurance, service credit, and other benefits entitlements, and recommending appropriate actions to employees and management.
- Deliver counseling, presentations and technical assistance to customers on complex benefits topics.
- Advise leadership on improvements to benefits administration processes.
