We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of our integrated care team. Responsibilities Greet patients and manage check‑in and check‑out for appointments (including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists). Verify insurance and demographic information. Collect co‑pays. Support day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
